#117 seems to have added the .scss extension to the sass file type group which is already defined in the css group.
This is causing vivid to return an error when invoked:

>vivid generate molokai
Error: Duplicate file type '*.scss'.

Maybe .scss should be removed from the css group now that the sass group exists?
