I'm running it here: http://sheagcraig.pythonanywhere.com if you just want
to run it.
If you want to run your own and be able to switch up the programming and
stuff, that'll take some programming skillz.

Yeah I don't have any programming skills whatsoever. LOL. Anyways, this is a real cool calculator, thank you for the link! Would be cool if you added different 5/3/1 variations like https://blackironbeast.com/5/3/1/calculator has! |
Oh cool-I like that. So the one I have running was set up to support our general CrossFit gym's strength challenge, so it's definitely lacking some of the bells and whistles. I need to read Wendler's latest book and then do another pass through to see what I can do. One feature I'd love to add would be automatic heavy metal playlist generation... Have to work on that. |
