get Bitcoin Row transaction from transaction ID

install

pip install -r requirements.txt

or

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

that script get_RowTX_from_TxId_2.py for python3

and that get_RowTX_from_TxId.py for python 2

i made that using

https://blockchain.info/tx/?format=hex
