Pixelflut experiences some strange lag every now and then.
I don't think it's related to mutexes of the module, there is some other lag.
Might be the threadpool? Might be other bgm modules?

this is much less of an issue now that i filled in task_yield.
however, once #62 is merged, this will be gone.
