Wideband Relay Frames turn invisible when detached from a wall

Reproduction:

Use screwdriver and wrench to detach any wideband radio, and behold! Nothing!

Notes:

Wideband Relay Frames also aren't able to be reused to construct a radio, from what I can tell.
They can also fill pocket slots, which can only be removed by being stripped or removing your jumpsuit/skirt
I'm sure it's just as simple as changing the icon state, but it could be a deeper issue due to the lack of an ability to reconstruct them.
