from NSIS and now uses Wix for installer.   The original REAME follows.

NSIS installer-script generator for Gauchebox

* contains

- COPYING (same as Gauche's COPYING file)
- gauche-logo.ico (Windows icon)
- setup.nsi.in (script template for NSIS)
- file-list.scm (listing Gauche-mingw files and generate a Install-script)
- .emacs (settings from "Programming Gauche" Appendix B)
- Makefile (make setup.nsi script-file, build Gauchebox-<version>.exe)

* requirements

- Cygwin development environment
- Gauche installation under Cygwin
- MinGW ( http://www.mingw.org/ )
- NSIS compiler ( http://nsis.sourceforge.net/ )
-- NSIS TextReplace plugin ( http://nsis.sourceforge.net/TextReplace_plugin )
- Meadow 3 tarball ( http://www.meadowy.org/meadow/dists/3.00/packages/ )
- Programming Gauche examples ( http://www.kahua.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/ProgrammingGauche/trunk/ ) Optional

* directory settings

 Gauche
 Gauchebox
 Meadow
 ProgrammingGauche

these paths must be saved on same directory.

* how to build

** add NSIS path in PATH

ex.
 export PATH=/cygdrive/c/Program\ Files/NSIS:$PATH

** build Gauche-mingw

 cd ../Gauche
 ./DIST mingw

** build Gauchebox

 cd ../Gauchebox
 make

** compile setup.nsi by NSIS

Launche NSIS compiler, open "setup.nsi" file, and compile it.
Then, "Gauchebox-<version>.exe" will be compiled.
