Preferences not saved on Android 13 #376

I set up a new tablet running Android 13 and installed PySolFC from F-Droid. While the app seems to run normally at first glance, changes made to the options and preferences will disappear as soon as the app is closed.
Might be an access rights issue, but I found no way to prove that yet.

WTF? After removing and re-installing two times the issue was gone?!
