• extension upload and theme upload now accept versions that are released right after processing (status RELEASED); previously the upload failed with "Unexpected status: RELEASED" although it worked
• .sgcloud/attachedExtensions.json is now written with one property per line instead of as a single line, like the other files in .sgcloud
• extension create removes the components of the boilerplate from extension-config.json when their folder isn't created, e.g. the frontend components of an extension that only has a backend
• The SDK tells you again when a newer version is available. The check had been without effect since 1.10.0. It no longer stops the command: the message is shown at the start and the command runs as usual
