IBM-HR-Analytics

Objective is to understand the factors that influence the attrition and to predict the employees who are going to leave the company in future.

Data Pipeline: Data Inspection -> Data Visualizations -> Data Cleaning -> Data Modeling -> Model Evaluation

Data set is IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition & Performance Dataset, which was downloaded from Kaggle. The dataset includes features like Age, Employee Role, Daily Rate, Job Satisfaction, Years At Company, Years In Current Role etc. and the target variables is Attrition.
