Release v0.1.0 - Final Version with D1 Alpha Backend and Neon Database

This release marks an important point in our project. We are preparing for destructive migrations on tables that are currently referenced by other tables due to foreign key constraints. In order to provide a stable release for our users who still rely on the alpha backend of D1, we're releasing v0.1.0. This release serves as the last iteration to support the alpha backend.

Going forward, our next release is expected to be v1.0.0. This major update will require D1 to be deployed with the new beta backend. Please note that you'll need to import your existing data into the beta backend before deploying v1.0.0. We understand that this is a significant change, and to help with the transition, we'll be providing a detailed migration guide soon.

In summary, if you intend to use the alpha backend of D1, please continue to use versions v0.x.x. However, for those who wish to transition to the beta backend, look forward to the upcoming v1.x.x releases.
