Bug Description
When attempting to send a message with a very large (in this case ~2GB) attachment, Signal displays a blue screen and becomes unresponsive. It requires a force quit from the CMD-OPT-Esc menu to kill the process.
Note:
I recognize that sending files of this size is not supported. However, if your intention is (as I presume it would be) that some sort of useful message be provided to the end-user, it appears that this is not the case.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Signal Desktop
Select a conversation from the list on the left (behavior has been replicated with both group and single-recipient conversations)
When the chat-style window for the conversation appears, click the paper clip to the right of the message-entry bar to add an attachment
In the file dialog that appears, select a large file (I used a 2.16 GB 4k mpeg video clip, in case that matters). Click Open.
The message-entry bar should now display a thumbnail above it, indicating that a file is attached to the message. Press the Enter key to attempt to send the message
Actual Result:
Signal displays a blue screen and becomes unresponsive, requiring a force-quit to regain usability
Expected Result:
E.g. a popup that says "can't do that"?
Screenshots
Behavior as-reported

Platform Info
Signal Version:
1.25.3
Operating System:
macOS Mojave 10.14
Linked Device Version: This doesn't seem to appear on my android device!
@secjoe88 Signal only supports attachments of 100MB in size. The next release of Signal Desktop will properly reject attachments which are larger than this limit.
