chore(deps): update deps for burstjs and web

Closes #164.

I'm down for greenkeeper, but looks like a paid service. I wonder if they have an open source option? I ran npm audit on web and burstjs, which fixed 40+ high vulnerabilities. I was able to fix most of them, but this one from lerna hasn't been released yet: lerna/lerna#2036
