The demo-script problem seems to still persist with regard to the local temporary folder. I have attached the issue from last time as well as this time for documentation purposes.

The problem I found in the config was not with NIAK, but with the MINC quarantine, and more specifically in the sh script we're sourcing to configure the tool. Would it be possible by any chance that you made a local copy of the quarantine or the config script ?

Thanks a lot! Yup. That fixed everything. I just fixed .bashrc to source the quarntain folder and so far it is happily chugging along the tasks and all T1 preprocessing part are going through fine. 👯

I will give a more thorough report when everything finishes.
