It would be useful to allow users to specify which template they want to use. This involves the specification of a bunch of different files:

a T1 template
a brain mask
a head mask
a dilated mask
an eroded mask
a mask of the pure white matter
a mask of the ventricles (conservative)
a mask of the circle of Willis
