This PR replaces executing
tasklistwithfastlistfor 5x faster performance on Windows. Unliketasklist,fastlistalso returns the parent process ID, so theppidproperty is now supported on Windows, too.The
cmdproperty has been removed on Windows since it did not actually return the command that started the process but only the name of the executable (which was already present in thenameproperty).
