Connect between Browser and Keepass?

I'm wondering why is not yet implemented connection between Browser->WinHello->Keepass->WinHello->Browser??
For example i have opened login website where I have account then website ask Browser to request WinHello Identification and after WIndows confirm identity then Keepass should ask which account I want to use for login (if I have multiple accounts) or login automatically (when I have only one account). This task should be done automatic by initiation of website and for secure reason (when you don't want save passwords in browser). This feature save me time when I working with many websites when I don't store passwords in Browser - PayPal, Bank accounts, e-mails etc. Android phones should get same feature for face login or any fast login. Is that easy to do or there is any other reason for not doing this in that way?
