Modification/Creation of styes fails on Safari Version 5.1 (6534.50)

I can't create new usercss styles or modify old ones. (Not even add site URLs for my standard reading style).

Existing styles still work, but modification is completely disabled. If you can tell me, which diagnostic information you need, I'll be glad to provide it.
