The following is an example of how to upload data before this issue is implemented.

@AdamNaj Just realized that the service setting is this:

<fileDownload enabled="false" />

Should there be one for download and another for upload? Does it make sense for it to be called fileDownload?

I think splitting download from upload makes sense.
