Fix animation bug: remembering initial position when triggering #28

An ai-entity should play its animation where it currently stands instead of the animation position being triggered from its original position

This proves the concept!
Everything seems to be working fine on the movement, collision, weapon
etc.
There is a bug with animation remembering the initial position #28
Also added a lights-tile and implemented green and blue bulb-lights

Animations are now played from the objects current position.
Adjusted some animations
Improved game-over (this should be an event)
