Cut 22.0.1 and bump the package version in pyproject.toml, CITATION.cff,
and uv.lock.

Patch: dedup_stream stages its deduplicated stream in a sibling temporary
directory and publishes with a single os.replace, so a mid-run failure no
longer truncates or destroys the previously published graph (#226);
distinct()'s generic-label blocklist is filtered through the same
level_one + level_two pipeline that generates fullmap probe keys, so
stemmed forms of Expression / Variables / Exposure / P value finally
match and stop resolving to generic UMLS entities (#227); markdown
linting lands in pre-commit and CI (#223); Jared Roach's email joins the
maintainer contact lists (#210).

Changelog:
- Versioned the 22.0.1 section from the four merged PRs (no Unreleased
  section existed): two Fixed entries for the dedup atomicity and
  probe-key blocklist repairs, two Changed entries for the markdown
  gates and the contact metadata, each with its PR link.

Docs: none needed here; the docs pages themselves were untouched this
cycle and the new markdown and typography gates cover the CHANGELOG edit.
