Cut 22.1.0 and bump the package version in pyproject.toml, CITATION.cff,
and uv.lock.

Minor: two additive features. species_context_qualifier is re-enabled as a
declarable CURIE-ranged qualifier (root-association slot in biolink-model
4.4.6; no auto-derivation returns; usable in graph uuid_fields), and
NodeEncoding.taxon_from scopes entity resolution per row by another resolved
column's taxon so one section mixing species resolves each row under its own
organism.
