Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Every time I create new slides using

I get
Error: The exporting for Slidev is powered by Playwright, please install it via npm i -D playwright-chromium
So using npm I have a dozen copies of playwright-chromium

Describe the solution you'd like
Can local slidev default (with warning maybe!?) to globally installed playwright-chromium? I see in the code that it uses a global one if slidev is installed globally but not when local

Describe alternatives you've considered
Should slidev be installed globally by default maybe?
