Add bower support

Waiting on mapbox/mapbox.js#830 before publishing to bower. Would rather use mapbox.js as a bower dep instead of including it with our distribution. If mapbox.js is still not available in bower by mid-September, I'll cave and bundle it into this dist.

Just a small additional request on this, when you do publish to bower, could you also proactively submit a new component to Rails Assets? Rails-Assets makes it dead easy to pull in bower components into the Rails asset pipeline.

@flashpunk Could you unpublish your fork from Github? Went to publish and noticed you've done so from your own fork, so I published as ng-mapbox.

@flashpunk It's removed from the bower.io search, but when I go to http://bower.herokuapp.com/packages/search/angular-mapbox it still exists. Weird. You ran curl -X DELETE "https://bower.herokuapp.com/packages/angular-mapbox?access_token=XXX (instructions at https://github.com/bower/registry)?

@flashpunk I received errors to start, had to generate a new token and run with that. If it still throws an error, I'll try to contact someone on the bower team. Thanks. :)
