The workspace contains all relevant information of my Master thesis: "Introducing Bayesian Regression Methods to Dutch Election Forecasting".

Structure Repisotory

The repository contains:

1. raw election data - csv files with european and national election results in the netherlands since 1959
2. raw data other - csv for some of the auxiliary variables, overview of provinces and the history of cabinets
3. data set - data set used for the analysis and was created by the author based on solely open-source data and the combined election results
4. model development - codes for the complete data preparation & cleaning process as well as the final code used for the predictions
5. plots - code for all plots used in the analysis
