Detailed Description

Gripper control code should be integrated into motion planning so that the grippers can be open and closed as part of the high level code.

Expected Behavior

High level code can open and close the grippers.

Current Behavior

This feature (sort of) exists in the old code. It should be integrated in and much better controlled.

Ideas on Resolution

Copy and paste old code into new as a start.
