Bug Report

We are currently showing debug logs that are duplicated when HMI status changes don't change a particular property of the status.

e.g. If the HMI status changes because only the system context changes, we are logging the hmi level as if it changed.

Reproduction Steps
  1. Set app to debug log
  2. Use the app by moving around the UI
Expected Behavior

Logs only changed status

Observed Behavior

Logs unchanged status
