Hello,

I switched from 3.1.28 to 3.1.30 and I got a regression using plugins as
[quote]{plugin nocache=true}[/quote]
No trace in log but a 503
I solved this pb by doing
[code]{plugin nocache}[/code]

This bug is now fixed in the master branch
