Bug Fix

The download button gets added to the article and a style gets added. If these tags are not already present they get now added to BeautifulSoup.

automat pypi versioning

The version in the setup.py will be taken from the git tag.

additional ChromeDriver option to make it run in Docker

Creating the PDFs the ChromeDriver is used. Without the added otpions the ChromeDriver was unable to open.
