🚀 VaporOS 26.0 - Official First Release

The evolution of ¥enOS is finally here. Welcome to the first stable release of VaporOS — an independent Linux distribution built on a powerful Arch Linux foundation, crafted for performance, unique visual identity, and native hardware installation.

✨ What's New & Highlights

• Evolution from ¥enOS: Stepping up from a Slax-based LiveUSB setup into a fully fledged, independent system designed for native disk deployment.
• Modern Desktop Environment: Powered by KDE Plasma, delivering a rich, highly customizable, and fluid user experience right out of the box.
• Custom Branding & Splash Screen: Say goodbye to stock boot screens — VaporOS features a custom splash screen and bespoke system adjustments that establish its unique identity from the second you power on your machine.
• Native Hardware Support: Fully optimized for clean installs directly onto local storage drives (SSDs/HDDs) and All-in-One systems.

🗺️ Looking Ahead (Roadmap)

This initial release serves as the core foundation for the ecosystem. Upcoming updates (v26.1 & v26.2) will expand the platform's reach with exciting new form factors:

• ARM Architecture Builds for alternative hardware devices.
• KDE Plasma Big Screen Integration tailored for Smart TVs and TV Boxes.
• Mobile Variant Exploration utilizing the Droidian ecosystem.
