liveSearchNormalize not searching for accents

My local
Bootstrap 3.3.7
Jquery 3.3.1
Bootstrap-select: 1.13.1

I created a jsfiddle but it won't even shows the liveSearch :(

I was using the silviomoreto repository, but when i migrated bower to yarn and updated i found out that the repository was another. I don't remember what version bootstrap-select was before.

But the liveSearchNormalize was working before, now i am not able to search for accents like ç or ã in the liveSearch box i'm still can search c or a, and it returns ç and ã in the options, but it should return the search for the correct word too.

This issue was moved by caseyjhol from snapappointments/bootstrap-select-temp#78.
