Erste Version vom Smarthomehandler MQ. Dieser liest alle Parameter nur noch aus MQ, nicht mehr aus dem Smarthomeconfig.ini In den Smarthoemsettings hat es neu einen Parameter, mti dem man auswählen kann ob der bisherige Smarthomehandler oder der Smarthoemhandler MQ laufen soll. Diese Parameter wird nur vom Cron5min Job angefragt, d.h. unter 1.9 wird zuesrrt der bisherige Smarthomehandler gestartet und dann ggf beendet un der Smarth MQ gestartet. Der Smarthome MQ wird sowohl unter 1.9 und unter 2.0 (gleiche Codeline) laufen
