support more than 25 twitter favorites per poll

we currently get twitter favorites by scraping twitter's HTML (#61). this works, but we only get the first 25. it'd be nice to get them all. follow next page links? or something similar?

huh, i misdiagnosed this. http://www.leitmedium.de/2016/01/01/eine-kaiserin-zu-besuch/#comments has well over 300 twitter favorites backfed. i think the catch here is just that we don't support more than 25 new favorites in a single poll. makes it a bit lower priority!
