Build release and deploy to Sonatype OSSRH

In order to use this great library even more easily
As a developer
I want releases to be available in a public maven repoe

Or can this project be integrated into the Spring Boot main repository?

@tan9 that was discussed back then and we chose not to have this in the main repo.

@snicoll would you please release it to maven central as described by @mcbeelen ?

I visited all 43 fork of this repository, and found at least three forks tried to deploy this artifact to some repository:

1. kemitix@82800a1 renamed groupId and deployed to maven central
2. ChicosFAS-DRT@df78bbe deploy to private repo.
3. pramoth@39ad5bd deploy to private repo.

And I am going to do the same thing just because this project is not available in any public repository.

This might be better as part of the Azure projects than spring tools. Maybe. It’s very Windows dependent, so it doesn’t make as much sense to place it in a project that is generally agnostic.
