click event is rarely raised when using on touch screen, need to keep tapping like 10 times to get the keyboard work

You need to provide more information - what device you are using, what are the exact steps how to reproduce it and etc.

And of course you are welcome to try to investigate how to solve it, as I'm not interested in WPF and don't think that I could find time to provide any bug fixing for this component.
