Why can't i visit to "Soar Kernel Code Guide" that link in the "https://github.com/soartech/jsoar/wiki"?

Beacause of something to do , I want to understand the code of csoar kernel ,but i can't find any information and document to know functions explains of csoar's *.cpp file. When i see "soar kernel code guide" ,i think it is a document,but i can't visit this link.Can you fix this link?
Or ,can you tell me about how to understand c plus plus code of csoar?

Sorry, that link is very, very old. The new C Soar homepage is here: https://soar.eecs.umich.edu/ They completely reorganized things years ago.
