this is the solum framework. everything is set to start a basic web project.

REQUIRMENTS:
	may need named virtual host on your local for your project
	need mod rewrite or equiv
	expects that you would be using mysql and supports replication



- setup your webserver/named virtual host
- copy config.php.dev to config.php
- check it in your browser

the framework as a whole has only been tested on linux those solumDB and others are cross platform compatable.

the default setup includes soome basic css resets and general stuff

the default setup include jquery , swfobject and a general custom extension lib
