Shareable collections of shared reports

Problem

I self-host Solidtime and regularly share reports with my employer. Each report has its own link, so I need to send another link whenever I create a new report. I would like to share one stable page where my employer can find all the reports I add, without needing a Solidtime account or access to the rest of the application.

Main idea

Introduce shared-report collections as a separate entity. A collection groups explicitly selected public reports and has its own shareable link. Adding a report to the collection makes it appear on that same public page automatically.

For example, a collection named “Reports for my employer” could contain “Ivan August 2026”, “Ivan September 2026”, and “Ivan October 2026”. I would send the collection link once and add new reports as needed.

Proposed logic

• Users can create named collections and add or remove existing public reports from the same organization. Reports can belong to multiple collections.
• Each collection has shareable link that opens a read-only list of its reports without authentication.
• The public list includes only reports that are still public and unexpired. Making a report private, letting it expire, or deleting it removes it from the public list.
• Clicking a report opens its existing shared-report page. Individual report links, permissions, and live totals keep their current behavior.
• Users can disable or regenerate a collection's link. This controls access to the collection listing; it does not revoke individual report links.

Proposed UI

• A Collections section within Reporting to create, rename, and delete collections.
• A collection editor to add or remove existing shared reports from collection.
• Copy link and controls to disable or regenerate the collection link.
• A public collection page showing the collection name and its reports' names and date ranges, newest period first.

Would this fit Solidtime's direction? I would appreciate feedback before preparing a PR. I am willing to implement this feature by myself.
