Fhir Encounter

1. Extension of the current xnat-fhir-plugin

The current xnat-fhir-plugin enables interoperability of FHIR data on XNAT platform [1]. Currently implemented FHIR Profile is Patient. The next expected profile is Encounter for MII Module Fall [2,3].

Basic features of the plugin:

• FHIR data import into XNAT platform
• data management on XNAT
• data export als xml
• "search" feature per REST API (based on FHIR)

2. discussion & evaluation of the extension implementation for more FHIR-Profiles

According the previous experience to setup the process of the implementation of xnat-plugin for more FHIR profiles, try to reuse the exist code and so on.
