When I was trying the function to swap libraries, there is not enough space to show all used libraries in the dialog. See screenshot attached.

It was driving me crazy!
Good news, I found a workaround: Change your mac settings to "Always show scroll bar". Go to System Preferences/General/Show scroll bars: Always.
I hope it helps.
