Fix for gym.spaces.Space interface change.
gym.spaces.Space fails to generate instance when loading pickled Spaces from older (<0.20.0) gym versions.
Because we can not control the changes of gym's interface, we decided to require gym.Env or EnvorinmentInfo instance on loading snapshot.
