Individual Approval Requests in Stamp

Describe the feature

I would like Stamp to support individual approval requests instead of only being able to send approval requests to an entire group. This would allow targeting specific approvers for different approval scenarios.

Use Case

I always get frustrated when I need approvals from specific individuals rather than the entire group. Currently, Stamp only allows sending approval requests to the whole Group, which creates unnecessary notifications for people who don't need to be involved in certain approval processes.

For example, sometimes I need approvals only from team members A and B for one request, and from team members C and D for another request. The current system doesn't allow this level of targeting.

Proposed Solution

1. Add a new UI component in the Stamp approval interface that allows selecting specific individuals as approvers instead of only groups.

2. Implement an approver selection interface where users can:

   • Choose individual team members from a list
   • Save frequently used approver combinations as templates
   • Set different approval requirements (e.g., "any 2 of these 4 people" or "all selected approvers")

3. Integrate with Slack to send direct messages to the selected individuals when they are chosen as approvers, allowing them to approve directly from Slack.

4. The Slack notifications should include:

   • Details about the approval request
   • Direct approval/rejection buttons
   • A link to view more details in Stamp if needed

• Reducing notification noise for team members
• Ensuring the right people are involved in each approval process
• Speeding up approvals through direct Slack integration
• Creating clearer accountability for who needs to take action on approvals
