Some cleanups.
Tell sdl when the mouse moves off the window.
renderer. Correctly set the display size.
initialized and the flag is added.
at the time of writing this, following mesa branch is needed: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~bnf/mesa/log/?h=egl-wayland
No OpenBSD workarounds required since there is no wayland on OpenBSD.
Ran into this with r600g on drm unable to connect to any wl display.
These are already memset()ed to zero.
This is not our platform of interest and it was causing build failures.

Added mouse cursor support.
I've modelled this off of the X11 backend's cursor support, custom cursors are implemented, but untested as of now, we can drop them if need be. System cursors work fine.
