timestamp for google sitemap acceptance

Great gem. I seem to have an issue with google accepting the XML generated by this gem. I have been able to hack it up to make it work (didn't fork the project). It seems that the timestamp must be in the format of %Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S+00:00

Thanks for the feedback. This is kind of weird because i didnt have any validation issues with google. But you`re right, the format i use is not valid according to protocol. http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime

I`ll update the source and gem itself.
