Moxygen generates nothing

Hi,

My doxyfile:
Doxyfile.txt
I've added .txt extension because github doesn't recognize the Doxyfile without extension.

The generated XML from Doxygen
xml.zip

Then, when I run moxygen --anchors --output index.md xml or moxygen --anchors xml is when I get the empty document.

I also have same problem ; additional info: running on OSX 10.12.4, installed npm and doxygen through brew, versions are 4.2.0 and 1.8.13 respectively, moxygen version is 0.6.3

Hey @auscaster , why close this issue ? Is it a duplicate ? Is it expected to be solved ? I really look forward to be able to use moxygen, and I think a lot of other developers similarly do.
