The move of the SW B module first fold mirror means that several subarrays need to be moved in order to improve the alignement of the SW/LW subarrays.
NIRCam will deliver change the apertures locations and/or reference positions within the apertures for the following apertures:

  • P apertures (for point source and time series imaging):

    • NRCB1_SUB64P
    • NRCB1_SUB160P
    • NRCB1_SUB400P
    • NRCB5_SUB64P
    • NRCB5_SUB160P
    • NRCB5_SUB400P
  • extended source subarrays

    • NRCB5_SUB160
    • NRCB5_SUB320
    • NRCB5_SUB640
