Installed 2.8 on Windows 10.
The install was over an existing 2.7.18 install.
When I click the "Electrum" shortcut, I still get 2.7.18.

I uninstalled 2.7.18 and re-installed 2.8.
This time the Electrum shortcut is broken.
It links to a non existing file "electrum.exe".
The installer delivered electrum-2.8.0.exe.
If I manually adjust the shortcut it seems to be working ok.

This line needs to be adjusted:

CreateShortCut "$DESKTOP\${PRODUCT_NAME}.lnk" "$INSTDIR\electrum.exe" ""
