Version Electrum: 4.0.1
OS: Fedora release 32 (Thirty Two)
uname -a: Linux 5.7.8-200.fc32.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Jul 9 14:34:51 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
used package: electrum-4.0.1-x86_64.AppImage
command line parameters: --oneserver --server xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxxx:s
Issue:
After viewing an transaction from the History tab on block explorer the application can not be closed anymore.
I have already looked a bit more what happens when closing the application in a system monitor viewing the electrum process.
What happens is when closing the electrum application an new process is created with the following commandline:
/tmp/.mount_electrwEVItX/usr/bin/python3.7 -s /tmp/.mount_electrwEVItX/usr/bin/electrum
Maybe this newly created process after closing the application has something to do with of the 'hang' of the application? (not sure of this, but maybe this is useful information to you)
