Basic Structural & Typographic Style Sheets

We should consider creating a set of basic style sheets for the layout and typography of the theme. As wonderfully “bare bones” as it is right now, we should supply some manner of CSS as a starting point for skinning.

Things to consider:

• Single column vs sidebar formatting
• Sans and serif font stacks
• Navigational elements, placement, and behaviour
• Header elements, placement, and behaviour
• Footer elements, placement, and behaviour

What else should we include?
