I've always been a bit obsessed with audio, Apple and open source, and Shairport Sync offered me the perfect opportunity to pursue all three interests simultaneously.

I am really delighted to offer Shairport Sync to audio enthusiasts everywhere. As a developer, Shairport Sync has offered me great insight into the passion and the creativity of a sustained endeavour, and I have learned a great deal from it.

Developing a stable and flexible piece of software turns out to be a big challenge, and I am excited to be able to develop further enhancements to the platform.
