スポンサーが必要な理由としてはできるだけ、powershellのライブラリ作成に時間をかけたいからです。

powershellは特にPSGalleryを見ると分かりますが、多くはスクリプトモジュールで、バイナリモジュールであったとしても、ソースコード自体が公開されていない事も多いです。このため、Nugetの資産が上手く使えてなかったり、ライブラリにバグが混在しやすかったり、危険なライブラリであるという発見が遅れます。
これらの現状を変えたいのです。

The reason we need a sponsor is that we want to spend as much time as possible creating a powershell library.

As you can see from the PSGallery in particular, many of the powershells are script modules, and even if they are binary modules, the source code itself is often not publicly available. This means that Nuget's assets are not well used, bugs are easily mixed in the library, and the discovery of dangerous libraries is delayed.
I want to change these status quo.
